Common questions
Can I start for free?
Yes. Start on the Free plan, then upgrade to Growth or Scale when you are ready to use paid capacity.
How does the SDK key work?
You receive a public SDK key per app from the dashboard. This key is used to initialize the byStrate.com SDK in your iOS or Android project. The same key connects all placements in that app.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from the dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
What counts as an 'app integration'?
Each distinct iOS bundle ID or Android application ID registered in byStrate.com counts as one app integration. You can have multiple placements within a single integration.
Do you offer discounts for startups or non-profits?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via Paddle. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice.
